Customs agent involved in shooting
A second suspect remains on the loose after last night's shooting.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- We have new details in a deadly shooting at a liquor store involving a U.S. customs officer.
The incident happened at Queensbury near the West Beltway around 8pm Friday. Investigators say an off-duty U.S. Customs officer was inside a liquor store when a man walked in with a gun. The man reportedly pointed the gun at an employee and then went behind the counter to take money.
The customs officer fired his weapon at the suspect and killed him. Authorities say a second person fired at the customs officer, but didn't hit him.
The second suspect fled the scene and hasn't been caught.
