Family: Police had no right to shoot victim

PASADENA, Texas -- A deadly police shooting sparked a protest outside the Pasadena Police Department.

The family of Jose Sanchez says an off-duty officer had no right to shoot him. Sanchez was shot outside the Moments Gentleman's Club on Saturday.

The officer who shot him says he reached for a gun, but Sanchez's family says that's impossible.

They say a car accident left him without the full use of his arms.
