HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A Houston police officer shot and killed a man as he was questioning him overnight.

Two officers stopped three men at a convenience store on Bellaire near Rampart at around 10:30pm. HPD says one of the men started struggling with the officer and reached for a gun. That's when the officer shot the man several times. He died at the scene.

The two other men were questioned and released. We do not know why the men were pulled over.
