HOUSTON – A baby girl and two adults were stabbed in East Harris County Wednesday night.
All three victims were found inside a home in the 13000 block of Tregarnon. The youngest victim was approximately 2 to 3 months old.
A wrecker driver who lives in the neighborhood told deputis she saw one of the victims come out of the house, followed by the suspect, 24-year-old Reginald Moore. She called the authorities.
When the first deputy arrived at the scene, investigators said Moore was standing in the middle of the street. When the deputy approached him, he saw that Moore had a knife.
"The deputy got out of his car and asked the suspect to drop his weapon multiple times," said Christina Garza of the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
When Moore did not drop his weapon and started walking toward the deputy, investigators said the deputy shot him.
All three stabbing victims were rushed to the hospital, where they remained in serious condition Thursday.
Moore died at the scene.
Investigators said Moore lived in the home with the victims, but it was unclear how they were related.
