HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A teenager faces felony evading charges for a high-speed chase that ended when he was shot by a deputy constable.
Investigators say the 17-year-old was driving erratically on FM 2100 in northeast Harris County Sunday morning.
After a 15 minute chase, the teen pulled over and deputies approached his car to arrest him. But the teen stepped on the gas and tried to run over the deputies.
One officer opened fire, hitting the teen in the shoulder. He's expected to be okay.
