Sylvester Nava, 20, aka Arnulfo Saenz, shot once in the head by Houston police officer R.L. Foxworth. Police first claim that when a police car pulled in behind the car Nava was in with three undercover narcotics officers allegedly making a drug buy, Nava panicked and grabbed for officer J.D. Cargill’s gun and Foxworth jumped out of the car and shot Nava. Then they say Nava had been placed under arrest after selling them cocaine and he “tried to leap out of the police car…and began to wrestle with another officer…” and that when another officer pulled a pistol Nava “snatched it away.” Foxworth is no-billed.
