McLoren Anthony Jones, b/m, 21, killed by Houston SWAT officers P.J. Straker, w/m, 35; and R.L. Pedraza, h/m, 41, after apartment residents called police. Officers claim Jones charged at them with a rifle. Jones had shot a resident, who later died. After Jones was killed, officers found another dead man in Jones’ apartment.
