For instance, Harris County Sheriff's deputy Luis Guillermo Figueroa has shot two people in the back--Ralph Reiner Myers (2002) and Rodney Ali Baldwin (2002)--and most recently, April 24, 2007, shot a 14-year-old, Andrew Gibbs, in the leg.
